This is practically the same thing as the post about how to post an image.
You take a direct youtubelink. press the little video icon above where you type your message and then you paste in the youtube link. press ok and DONE! =)
Please remember to warn if the video contains any kind of violence, bad language or stuff like that. we might have underaged people ( I dont think their parents would aprove some things)
